Evaluation of the results in terms of the applicability of the innovative elements.
The main goal of the activity is to follow the logical connection between what is set in the application form and its actual execution. The evaluated elements are effectiveness, accountability, efficacy and quality of the performance of the objectives and activities. In regard to the efficacy, the most important questions are how successful are the transferred and validated innovative practices, did they achieve the initial goals, what are the positive and negative impacts. The evaluation of the efficacy gives the opportunity to decide how resources could be allocated and used and whether the costs of the obtained results are adequate. When assessing the quality of the performance, a few important things must be considered: effective functioning of the project’s structure, proper choice of objectives, providing qualitative results, sticking to time schedules etc.
The candidate agrees that the evaluation, which will be realized by an external executor, is above all a development tool. The feedback on the implementation of the practices and suggestions is beneficial for the validation of the introduced models and mechanisms. The purpose of Association I CAN is to achieve a sustainable and long-term change in the lives of inactive young people and young people at risk- the marginalized ones, the socially excluded and others.
